FCC Nationals in Arlington, Tx: Results!

Just wanted to give an update on this last weekend in Arlington. I can’t tell you how cool it was to have the Combat Challenge Nationals held in our hometown. I really didn’t think that it was possible a couple of years ago when we started this whole thing. Arlington is officially on the map with the combat challenge world. Another thing that I really didn’t see happening this season was the improvements on our course times. I knew that we would improve some, but I thought it would take us a few more seasons to have the majority of our team running sub 2 times.

I was watching some of our videos from last season and we seriously looked like another team….a much slower team. Course familiarity and experience makes a huge difference in decreasing your times. But it gets to the point where you can’t get any faster without becoming fitter, faster, and stronger. Nutrition and supplementation is a huge part of that. The faster your body recovers, the quicker you can get back out and push your body again.

R3 and P6 have really made a difference in the way my body feels. I no longer have the joint pain that I typically have and my recovery time is noticeably quicker. My strength and the length of time that I am able to train has improved a ton as well. And that is huge in our game. Cellucor has helped me and my team reach our goals for the the 2009 season. Thanks a lot guys!
