Hardcore Leg Workout

Last night I had a great leg work out. I had a crazy pump in my legs. I trained with a good friend of mine, and we really got into it. This is the leg routine we went through:
Leg extensions(Heavy): 2-3 sets of warm ups increase weight
2 sets of 30 reps
2 sets of 50 reps (with drop sets/ whatever it takes to get to 50)
Leg press: 1 warm up set
2 sets of 20
2 sets of 15
Parking lot lunges: 2 sets of 30 reps with 95lbs
2 sets of 40 reps with 95lbs
Single isolation leg curls: 4 sets of 20
Lying leg curls: 3 sets of 20
Calf raises (on the leg press): 4 sets of drop sets*
*Start with a weight you can do for 20, drop the weight to something you can do for 15, drop it again and get another 15 reps…. Ouch…
Over all it was an awesome work out, and I was exhausted afterward.
