The Countdown Continues

I am just over 4 weeks out from the first show this season, it seems like it’s flown by. Now that I am getting this close to the show, a few things have changed both in my diet and training. Currently, most of my protein is coming from Fish and Eggs. For my vegetable sources I am using asparagus, and all my fat sources are from either protein or Nuts. I have lowered my carbohydrate intake pretty drastically and have noticed an improvement in my conditioning. For most of my training I am keeping my reps pretty high, this along with a mixture of M5 and N0 is helping me maintain good pumps while being low carbed. Also I’m not taking the risk of getting injured with heavy weight. I have increased my cardio as well. Not only am I now doing cardio in the mornings on an empty stomach, I am also working in sessions after my workout. Cellucor’s T7 Extreme has really helped me burn up extra calories during and after cardio. I always notice I sweet more when I use T7 and that’s always helpful. To step off a stair climber or a treadmill and look down to see a lake of sweet underneath you will make you feel good any day, you know you worked hard! All in all, I will be ready when D-day comes around and I am really looking forward to it!
