What Have I Been Up To?

The past couple of months, since The WBFF World Championships, have been a period of readjustment. This is something just about all physique athletes go through when the season is done. It’s taken me a while, but I’ve find found my groove. I’m getting to the gym more often, cleaning up my eating and found a sense of purpose again that has brought balance back to my life.
Part of the reason for my return to “normal” is Cellucor. As a representative of this amazing supplement line, I know that it is of the utmost importance to be on top of my game regardless of the time of the year. As Cellucor says,”Because results matter.”
In keeping with that theme, I’ve created Karma Kamp. This is a monthly Bootcamp style workout that I put on and I follow it up with a Health & Wellness discussion. When my client gets the results that matter to them, they are happier, more successful in other aspects of their life and keep coming back to me for more training. They’re motivation and determination creates an energy for me that drives my passion for fitness.
One other thing that I’ve started to do is take my marketing more seriously. As both an athlete and business owner, it is crucial to get the most effective exposure. With that brings a more solidified reputation, which in turn can create more dollars in my pocket. I recently went to a business networking event. This proved to be a great opportunity for me to interact with a demographic I’m not normally around. Realtors, Insurance Agents and Mortgage Brokers were all in attendance. It helped to expand my Personal Training possibilities as well as learn more about how other business owners create traffic for their products and services.
