What you’ll need:
- 4 fresh Sea Bass steaks, cut 1-inch thick
(you may also use tuna steaks)
- 1 teaspoon finely shredded orange peel
- 4 medium oranges, peeled, sectioned, and coarsely chopped
- 1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
