When it comes to competitions, you have to think bronze in order to get the gold. It is common knowledge that athletes need there skin to be dark come showtime in order to avoid having their definition washed out by the unforgiving stage lights. However, it is not as simple as slapping on a fake-bake minutes before you hit the stage. If you really want to look your best, you have to properly prepare.
Focused and Almost Ready to Go

I am focused on finishing up the last few preparations for the upcoming Fitness America Show in Las Vegas this weekend. I am excited and feel a little behind schedule, but I am pushing myself today through Wednesday to get it all done.

This year has really flown! The past 6 months I have been training harder than ever and really getting ready to bring my best package yet to the 2010 Collegiate Nationals Stage.
9 Days Before It’s Stage Time

Wow… this past 6 weeks has flown by in regards to training for the upcoming Fitness America show in Las Vegas! I am excited, yet a little weary. I have been dieting hard and training hard, but the scale is not moving as quickly as I wanted.
